Student Advisement

Advisement at the College of Education Center for Student Success is a collaborative endeavor between faculty, advisors, and students. Faculty and advisors strive to develop and strengthen strategies that encourage academic confidence and achievement through partnership and participation with students. Through this collaboration, students have the opportunity to cultivate a plan that outlines degree requirements, identifies career goals, and prepares a student for graduation.

The assistance provided over the student’s academic career is essential to their educational experience. Advisors further empower students with information on services and resources available to them in ensuring that they have all necessary tools and skills to carry them long after they have left the College of Education.

The advisement team is staffed by advisors who are available to help students learn about the degrees and programs that are offered through the College as well as understand necessary curriculum and course requirements.
