Curriculum Enhancement and
Creation of a Multi-Purpose Foods Lab

Advisory Committee
The Advidsoty Committee was created to provide academic, community and professional input into both of the major goals of the grant - curriculum enhancement and creation of a multi-purpose foods lab.

Beginning in 2006, the Food Science Laboratory Remodel Committee conducted bi-weekly meetings to plan and implement the progress of the laboratory located in Johnson Center on the University of New Mexico campus.
